About jetcha

An independent journal about private jet charter. We explain, we do not sell flights.

jetcha is an independent English language journal about private jet charter: how it works, what it costs, which aircraft suits which trip, how to check who flies you, which airports serve which places and what happens in the cabin. We write for people who charter now and for people who are about to.

Above the weather, by the hour

Our claim describes the product honestly. A charter buys time and privacy above the weather, and it is priced by the hour. We explain both halves: what the hours buy you, and how the hours, fees and conditions add up to a price.

What we do not do

jetcha does not sell, broker or arrange flights, and no charter company, broker, airport or caterer pays for a mention. We do not rank operators. Where we name manufacturers, aircraft, regulators or audit standards, we do so because they are part of how the industry works.

How we work

Facts, rules and figures come from reliable public sources and are checked before publication. When something is uncertain or differs from country to country, we say so. Prices are indicative hourly bands for autumn 2026, before VAT and without positioning, and are labelled as such everywhere, in the articles and in the Route Planner. They are a way to understand a quote, never an offer.

About our images and videos

The images in this journal were created with an AI image generator and carry a small “AI generated” label. The short films on our home and section pages were generated with an AI video model from those images. They show moods, aircraft types and situations, not real flights, real companies or real people.
